Hi Everyone
I just wanted to say a final Thank You to everyone who participated in and who listened to The Family Takeover and to the Management Team at Phoenix Radio who allowed me to bring you the shows. It was amazing to hear many songs that I had not heard before and to see the wide range of genres of music that people listen to.
A couple of days ago, as I promised, I made the donation of 300 pounds to Cancer Research UK. I was able to claim Gift Aid on the donation and this made the final amount 375 pounds. It will be used in the areas where it is most needed. So it was a good amount for a very worthwhile cause.
I am attaching a letter below from Cancer Research UK to acknowledge receipt of the donation.
I will see you on Saturday afternoon for another Family Affair, and until then, Take Care Because I Care.
