The theme on Child’s Play today is numbers, and I’m featuring a Sesame Street classic, the Count’s Countdown. The show starts at 10 PM UK time, 5 PM Eastern.
I’ll be back at the same time tomorrow with Source of the Dance. We’ll be calling on the element of air, which gives perspective and creates space for thoughts and dreams. There are classics about air and wind on the playlist, and I’d love to play your requests as well. I’m also featuring a meditation by T. Thorn Coyle to help with finding perspective.
