Welcome to The Mixtape Meet-Up! I'm Danny Miles and I can't wait to catch up with you every Friday from 12 to 2 PM in the UK - that's 7 to 9 AM if you're tuning in on the East Coast of America.

This show is all about music that connects us across time, tastes and generations. We'll explore a mix of pop, indie, rock, folk, acoustic, country and whatever else feels right at the time. We'll also take a trip back through music and memories from the past 45 years with our regular features:

  • Now We Are Three: three random songs from the "Now That's What I Call Music!" compilations - a little moment for you, me and the music to meet in the middle.
  • The Second-Best Set: songs that reached number two in the UK charts but never quite made it to number one - even though, at least on some occasions, they deserved to get the top spot.
