All about Afternoon Delight.
From 1 to 4 PM in the UK (8 to 11 AM on the US east coast), Monday to Thursday, you can hear a mix of music and chat to keep you company through your afternoon, or whatever time it may be where you are!
The show will begin with a selection of No 1s from around the world; the middle hour will include three relaxing tracks in the BogOff section and, in the third hour, we’ll have your requests and plenty of memories!
